Many Orthodox Churches have incredible annual festivals featuring food and other activities, exhibits, etc., related to the heritage and cultures with which they are affiliated. Search for "orthodox churches" in your area and check for festival dates and times, mark your calendars and attend - they are open to the public! And don't forget to take the guided tour of the Churches - you will find them most informative and interesting and get to see some beautiful Byzantine iconography, too!!!
